San Jacinto is a fast-growing, business-friendly city in Riverside County. The City has seen significant residential, retail, and economic growth over the past decade and continues to see annual growth rates in excess of 5%. The City has multiple retail, mixed-use, and commercial developments underway along with various new developments planned along high-traffic interchanges and thoroughfares including Ramona Expressway and N State St with close proximity to Mt. San Jacinto College and San Jacinto High School. Recent retail openings in the City include Sonic Drive-In, Dutch Bros Coffee, Dollar Tree, Dunkin’ Donuts, 7-Eleven, Grumpy Tom’s Pizzeria, along with multiple others currently approved and breaking ground in 2023.
