Romeoville’s location in the Chicago market, its accessibility to I-55 and major commercial corridors including Weber Road and Route 53, and strong demographics make Romeoville a desirable location for business. Some of the advantages of Romeoville include:

  • Major Commercial Corridors — The Weber Road corridor is bustling with activity with 40,000 trips per day. A major road expansion and interchange realignment was recently completed with new retailers, restaurants, hotels, and Mercedes-Benz and Toyota car dealerships. The Route 53 corridor offers strategic nodes of retail along a State highway that has over 30,000 trips per day.
  • Significant population — Romeoville’s population has over 40,000 residents, however its trade area includes over 48,000 residents within 1 mile and over 133,000 residents within 5 miles. Recently, Romeoville has added nearly 1,000 residential units along the Weber Road corridor and will be adding an additional 840 units with the Monarch Grove development by Edward Rose and Sons that started construction in 2025.
